Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with age group between 10 to 20 years Subjects with bilateral flexible flat foot Both genders will be included in the study Subjects with flexible flat foot as shown by the navicular drop test (Navicular Drop = 10mm) Subjects with angle of medial longitudinal arch lower than 130°

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with congenital foot malformations Subjects with recent lower back injuries Subjects with any structural deformities of foot Subjects with contraindication or allergy to rigid or kinesio tape Musculoskeletal conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, Foot trauma, talus fracture and posterior tendon tear Subjects with past or ongoing treatment of foot orthosis Subjects with lower extremity injuries within 6 months Subjects having any associated neurological problems like significant cognitive deficit, severe peripheral neuropathy etc Any psychological disorders
