Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cases will be selected of age above 18 years and both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: critical cases which requires intensive care unit cases of renal failure cases with irregular follow ups cases of urinary tract infection in pregnant and acting women cases with advance irreversible pathological condition
