Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants of both genders (male and female) will be included. 2) Mechanical low back pain. 3) Pre diagnosed mechanical low back pain 4) Subjects who will sign consent form willingly. 5) Participants who can understand Hindi, Gujrati and English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants suffering from other Musculo-skeletal, neurological & cardiac condition. 2) Recent fracture/surgeries within last 6 months 3) Non co-operative participants.
