Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include all patients 18 years of age and above, presenting with all aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage and planned for surgical clipping or endovascular coiling within four days of the haemorrhage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate in the study. • Prior history of chronic heart failure, Renal Insufficiency, Ascitic cirrhosis Respiratory disorders: • Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, primary pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary embolism, and severe COVID-19 pneumonia.
