Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either sex 2. Patients of age between 35-60 years 3. Patients with productive cough for more than 3 weeks 4. Patients having breathlessness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and Lactating Females 2. Uncontrolled Hypertension 3. Diabetic patients 4. Bronchial Asthma 5. Tuberculosis 6. Acute Respiratory In fections 7. Lung carcinoma 8. Pneumonia 9. Heart diseases

Primary outcome depends on Relief in cough, sputum production and breathlessness As per BCSS (Breathlessness, Cough and Sputum production Scale) before and after treatment/interventionTimepoint: It can be assessed within the time period of 6 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Depends on the relief in nature of disease, preventing recurrent respiratory infectionsTimepoint: Outcome will be assessed at 6th week
