Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Self - Declared apparently healthy subjects aged between 18-30 years of either gender. • Subjects whose consent has been taken. • Individuals willing to participate in this study. • Individuals having no history of any apparent disease in last one month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Individuals suffering from any systemic illness. • Individuals who are indulge in vigorous exercise like gym. • Individuals taking any kind of medications or food supplements. • Individuals using heavy cosmetic products regularly.
