Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male & female with an age group of 60yrs & above 2. The samples who could understand Kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The clients who were not willing to participate in the study 2. Clients with comorbid disorders such as CVD, Oncology etc.
