Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study participants will include three sets of individuals: 1. Six students per school will be trained as peer trainers from three districts. 2. Two teachers from each school from four districts teacher trainers 3. Adolescents in the age group of 12-17 years from selected schools in 7 districts Recruitment: • School recruitment: Schools meeting the inclusion criteria will be invited to take part with a letter to the Head or Deputy Head Teacher and meetings with the project team. We will aim to recruit two reserve schools who will enter the study if a participating school chooses to withdraw before baseline data collection. • Peer recruitment: 12 to 17years students will be recruited to participate in the study via a presentation from the study team in school informing them about the trial. Student Attitude Questionnaire (SAQ)10 will be used to identify influential peers among the students. • Teacher recruitment: Teacher participants will be selected from schools meeting the inclusion criteria. Teachers will provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants not willing to give consent for participating in the trail will be excluded.
