Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Willing to participate in study 2 Age group: 20-80 years 3 Diagnosed with stroke 4 having spasticity in gastrocnemusmuscle according to Modified Ashworth scale grade (MAS >1 to 3) 5 at least 6 months since stroke onset(Chronic stage) 6 Unilateral drop foot due to stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Using antispastic drugs or botox injections; 2 Suffering from other central nervous system lesions, peripheral nervous system disorders/ myopathies; 3 Previous musculoskeletal surgery of Lowerlimb. 4 open wound or skin condition
