Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Decompensated Cirrhosis with ascites having AKI (=Stage IB, Serum creatinine=1.5mg/dl)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Advanced Chronic Kidney Disease 2) Prior Kidney or Liver Transplant 3) Renal Replacement Therapy at the time of enrolment 4) Pregnancy 5) Diagnosed case of Hepatocellular carcinoma 6) Extrahepatic Malignancy 7) Severe Co-morbidities (CHF, COPD)
