Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Paediatric patients below the age of 12 years 2.patients undergoing surgeries under general anaesthesia using cuffed endotracheal tube.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients or patients parents not willing to participate in the study. Patients with finger or airway abnormalities. Patients with anticipated difficult airway. Patients with use of supraglottic airway devices during surgery. Patients requiring nasal intubation.
