Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Two groups: (I). Control group -Normal persons (II).Study group (a) Unilateral Transtibial amputee using PTB- SC Endoskeletal Prosthesis with foot piece. (b) Unilateral Transfemoral amputee using Endoskeletal prosthesis with polycentric knee joint with foot piece. 2.Functional level K3 (K- level functional assessment scale) 3.Persons using prosthesis for more than 3 months. 4.Participant with asymptomatic intact limb. 5.Persons ambulating independently without any walking aid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any traumatic condition involving lower extremities (including spine as well), cardiovascular, respiratory or neurological disorder affecting the performance of the participant 2.Individuals with uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus or hypertension. 3.Participants undergone any major surgical procedure recently or any surgical history especially of the lower limb affecting the performance will be excluded. 4.Any other medical or surgical conditions affecting the performance of the participants.
