Intervention1: GROUP A- CONTINUOUS FEMORAL NERVE BLOCK: In group A the patients will be be given Spinal anesthesia in sitting position in L4-L5 space using 25G spinal needle and Injection Bupivacaine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGE 18-60 years ASA Class I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with allergy to local anaesthetics. 2.Morbid obesity. 3.Patients with polytrauma, infection over the injection site. 4.Patients with spinal deformities. 5.Previous femoral bypass surgery
