Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ischemic or Hemorrhagic Stroke patients. Stroke patients willing to continue treatment and able to regularly attend the intervention programes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unwilling to participate in the study. Patients unable to regularly attend the intervention programs. Patients suffering from Stage IV Chronic Kidney Disease Accelerated hypertension patients. Patients with a history of recurrent Stroke
