Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy and free of any systemic diseases. Patients with necrotic permanent teeth secondary to trauma or caries with periapical radiolucency on radiograph. Negative response to thermal and electric pulp vitality testing. No mobility .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were allergic to any drugs or with systemic diseases. Grossly decayed or fractured teeth that required post and core as final restoration .Presence of periapical radiolucency >10mm. Presence of internal or external root resorption.
