Inclusion criteria: Patients will be selected from OPD/IPD RGGPG Ayurvedic College Paprola irrespective of age, sex, and disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ruptured Tympanic membrane.

Measure	Time frame
To evaluate the effect of Karanj tail in otomycosis. Alleviation of symptoms like itching, pain in ear, ear discharge, blockage in ear and fungal mass will be assessed.Timepoint: 2 week.	—
