Intervention1: Low level laser therapy: Low level diode laser(PIOON) of 650nm will be irradiated on to the soft tissue following periodontal flap surgery and repeated on 3rd day and 5th day(3 sessions

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group of 20-50 years. 2.Reduced healthy periodontium. 3.Systemically healthy patients. 4.Probing pocket depth of =5mm with clinical attachment loss of = 3mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases. 2.Pregnancy or lactating women. 3.Patients under anticoagulant therapy. 4.Chronic smokers. 5.Patients with infectious diseases (HIV, Hepatitis - B,C,.....) 6.Patients under antibiotic therapy.
