Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A.Completely edentulous participants requiring removable complete denture B.Patients with Type A Maxillary residual ridge morphology and class 1 complete edentulism based on the American college of prosthodontics(ACP) classification C.Patients with no anterior and/or posterior undercuts

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A.Patients with implants or overdenture abutments in upper arch B.Absence of any local and systemic disease that produce oral manifestation C.Patients with excessive gag reflex D.Patients with reduced salivary flow or having xerostomia E.Patients with known allergy to denture base material(PMMA) F. Patients with known allergy to chitosan microparticles G.Patients having any surgical or congenital maxillary defects H.Patients who are not willing to sign the consent form
