Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All gender between 25-60 years of age desk workers Positive Modified obers test Who sit minimum 5-8 hours/day (21) Working past 6 – 24 months Who are willing to participate in the study Who can comprehend commands and are cooperative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any lower limb- Recent fracture or dislocation, or any pain due to pathology or deformity or neurological dysfunction Recent upper limb injury that can cause difficulty in positioning for testing or treatment individual’s self-reported contraindications/precautions: unstable medical conditions (blood pressure fluctuations/blood sugar abnormalities; dermatitis; contagious or infectious disease; open wounds/ulcers; pregnancy, Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
