Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients with migraine fulfilling international headache society migraine diagnosis criteria (2018). 2.Age group 18-50 years in both sexes 3.Complaints of Migraine headache for at least 6 months before enrollment or the patients must have at least six episodes of headache in the last 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases with other types of primary headache (Tension headache, cluster headache) 2.Cases of secondary headache (Meningitis, Hypertension, Intracranial SOL), which are diagnosed by the History, clinical examination and available investigations (if any). 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Cases with systemic illness including malignancies and diagnosed Neurological diseases. 5.Cases with Psychiatric comorbidities.
