Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients having Low Anal Fistula 2 track length not more than 6 cm 3 No Ramification 4 Patients among the age 18-40 years irrespective of gender ,religion, occupation,educ ational and socio-economic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients having High anal Fistula with track length more than 6 cm 2 Fistula with Ramification 3 Bleeding disorder like hemophilia etc. 4 Patient with uncontrolled systemic diseases 5 Severely immune compromised patients like AIDS, Tuberculosis. 6 patient having secondary fistula-in- ano due to Crohn’s disease, Tuberculosis, carcinoma of rectum and anal canal
