Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses having a clinical experience of more than 2 year Permanent staff Nurses working in Wards and ICUs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses posted in OPDs and OTs Relieving staff/ contractual staff Nurses not willing participate in the study
