Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having classical symptoms of janusandhigata vata(osteoarthritis). 2.Having two radiological cardinal features like osteophytes, space narrowing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . patient who will not fit for Basti karma. . patient suffering from Gouty arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Dyslipidemia, Generalize Anasarca, Serious systemic illness and metabolic syndrome.

Relief is presenting symptoms and improvement in pain, swelling, crepitus, restricted movement of janusandhigata vata(osteoarthritis).Timepoint: 20th day, 20th day,20th day
