Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ER – tumors less than 1% PR – tumors less than 1% Her2 neu – tumors IHC staining 0 to 1+, (FISH) ratio ECOG Stage 2,3 breast cancer T size > 20 mm Biopsy proven invasive breast cancer Not previously treated with taxanes, anthracyclines or carboplatin Written consent Adequate renal, hepatic and bone marrow reserve LVEF > 55%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age ER + tumors PR + tumors Her2 neu + tumors ECOG > 2 Stage 4 breast cancer T size ER > 1%, PR > 1% , Her2 Neu 3+
