Intervention1: Acupuncture and Moxibustion: Patient undergoes Acupuncture needling and Moxibustion over Gall bladder14,Gall bladder 20 , Large intestine 4 , Extra 1 points for 20 minutes once a day

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both the genders under the age group of 18-45 years who were diagnosed of chronic Rhinosinusitis and willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with nasal polyps , traumatic nasal deformity , needle phobia , patient under medication of any steroids , antihistamines , antibiotics , decongestant within 14 days prior to the enrollment

Assessment of severity of Chronic rhinosinusitis will be measured using sino-nasal outcome test (SNOT-22) questionnaireTimepoint: Assessment of severity of Chronic rhinosinusitis will be measured using sino-nasal outcome test (SNOT-22) questionnaire before and after a week of intervention (6 weeks)
