Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Reported sleep difficulties

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with severe medical conditions such as respiratory infection or disorders, severe pain etc which may interfere sleep. Patients who are on drugs for sleep patients having active episodes of Epilepsy

MeasureTime frame
SleepTimepoint: Before begining intervention, followed by 4 weeks of intervention then on completion of 8th week of intervention sleep quality will be assessed using The Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ)
