Intervention1: Use of titanium clips: Use of an ultrasonic dissector is non-inferior in terms of postoperative lymphorrhoea after radical cystectomy as compared to titanium clips for lymphatic vessel

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing open radical cystectomy with standard pelvic lymph node dissection. Aged = 18 years Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lymph node dissection other than the standard approach (Extended/ Super extended lymph node dissection) Laparoscopic/ Robotic approach for radical cystectomy as most of the lymphatics are controlled with either monopolar diathermy or Hemo lock clips Patients with severe comorbidities (American Society of Anesthesiologists Score >3) Presence with ascites
