Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 years and above Both men and women Stable dose of diabetes medications and insulin in the last 3 months Willing to comply with the study protocol
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with nephropathy, liver failure, heart disease Participants with thyroid disorders (both hypo and hyper thyroidism), poly cystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) Adults with eating disorders Any other type of diabetes Women who are pregnant, lactating or planning to become pregnant Participants planning for any long travel

| The study will generate data to develop an algorithm that will be embedded in the App (a guided behavioral tool) for adults with type 2 diabetes to achieve a target glycemic control. The algorithm (minimal viable product-MVP) developed will be deployed in mobile app and tested with 20 adults to get feedback.Timepoint: Each wearable device will be assessed continuously for 14 consecutive days In addition participant diet and physical activity data will be recorded We will be testing the App to get feed back among 20 adults for 14 days | — |
