Intervention1: Group I : Indicated Homoeopathic medicine: The intervention group will utilize indicated homoeopathic medicine based on individualized symptom totality for a period of one year Control

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both genders age between 18 and 40 years of age 2. Those who have fulfilled ICD 10 diagnostic criteria of Borderline Personality disorder. 3. Patients who have signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with organic psychosis. 2 Cases with uncontrolled Systemic illness. 3 Substance-induced psychotic disorder. 4 Pregnant and Lactating women

To find out change in quality of life in persons with Personality disorders, after individualized Homoeopathic medicine by using Psychological well-being scale. To find out the group of Homoeopathic medicines effective in the management of Borderline Personality disorder. To find out the homoeopathic medicine effective in the reduction of suicidal severity by using columbia-suicide severity rating scale. Timepoint: Million Clinical Multiaxial Inventory –III score Pre & Post treatment. outcome assessment will be done on Baseline & End of the study Psychological well-being scale. outcome assessment will be done in baseline & later at 3months interval of the study. Suicidal severity by using columbia suicide severity rating scale. In baseline & outcome data will be obtained every 3 months. All cases followed for a period of one year	—
