Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IBS with constipation predominance satisfying Rome 4 criteria. 1.related to defecation. 2.assessement with a change in the form of stool. 3.assessement with a change in the frequency of stool. (these criteria should be fulfilled for the last 3 months with months with symptom onset at least 6 months prior to diagnosis) ? Age between 20 – 50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participents with uncontrolled metabolic disorders & other systemic disorders. H/O of Organic and Inflammatory diseases of GI tract. Pregnancy and lactation. Severe debilitating diseases History of previous gastric surgery and carcinoma Diagnosed cases of haemorrhoids. Presence of other somatic or mental disorder requiring treatment Abuse of drug or alcohol Pregnant and lactating mother Participant who have history of hypersensitivity to any of this drugs ingredient.

MeasureTime frame
Change in abdominal pain will be assessed using Visual Analogue Scale method Change in frequency of stools average of minimum andmaximum frequency per day willbe taken for assessment. Change in consistency of stools will be assessed by using Bristol stool form chart Change in feeling of incomplete evacuation change in presence of incomplete evacuation per day will be assessed Change in abdominal distension will be measured with a measuring tape at the level of umbilicusTimepoint: Before & after,0 TH AND 31 ST DAY
