Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Present with the symptoms of RestingTremor,Intellectual impairement,Rhythmic shaking in hands and fingers,Bradykinesia,depression,anxiety Impaired posture and balances,gait disturbances. Rigid muscles,paraesthesia Patients along with allopathic medications for Parkinsons disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who were not willing to particiate in the study will be excluded from the study Patients with other serious illness who are on medical emergencies. Associated with other major illness. Associated with ANS involvement(shydrager syndrome) Hyperthyroid Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus Patients with visual disturbances Patients with the history of epilepsy

Changes in Modified Hoehn and Yahr Scale score from stage 3 to significant reduction of symptoms at end of the treatment will be observedTimepoint: 48 days
