Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient with subacute and chronic nonspecific low back pain 2. VAS less than 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent fracture radiculopathy acute low back pain ankylosing spondylitis history of spinal surgery
