Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to common clinical standard guidelines. 2. Both male and female 3. A history of neck pain for more than four months; a score of more than 4 out of 10 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and a score of more than 40% on Neck Disability Index (NDI).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any neurological conditions 2. Any recent neck surgeries 3. Recent trauma 4. Any recent Physical therapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy treatment for neck pain within 2 weeks of periods 5. Psychiatric illness, pregnancy, regular intake of corticosteroid medication, ongoing treatment with anticoagulants.
