Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1· Age group > 40 years 2· Individuals diagnosed with Obstructive Airway n Disease 3· Condition of the individual is stable as a result of standard treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1· Individuals with musculoskeletal problems 2· Individuals with neuromuscular disorders 3· Individuals in acute exacerbation 4. Individuals with Ischemic Heart Disease.
