Inclusion criteria: Children of both sex (aged upto 17 years) Children suffered from various cancers Inpatients who were admitted because of an ADR or those who encountered an ADR during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: OPD patients Patients with their attendants who are unwilling to participate in the study
