Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range of 18 years and above. Diagnosed traumatic nerve injury with either ulnar, median, or combined ulnar-median nerve injury. Location of injury between the elbow flexion crease and the wrist crease on the volar aspect of forearm. Minimum 12 weeks post-primary repair. Nerve injury to repair is within 1 month of duration. Patients who have not returned to work following nerve injury. Should be able to read Kannada or English or Malayalam.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Involvement of fracture. Surgical procedures that involve nerve grafting. Non- traumatic compression neuropathy; amputations; additional rheumatologic disorders; degenerative conditions.

| Readiness for return-to-work (RRTW) Scale is a self administered, measuring the RRTW stages that is divided into two scales. Scale A is 13 item questionnaire. Each item receives 5-point rating (strongly agree 5 to strongly disagree 1) & represents a particular stage of readiness. The final score for each stage of RRTW is calculated by averaging the items that relate to that factor. Higher readiness stage scores are interpreted as relatively high beliefs attributed with that stage.Timepoint: A baseline assessment at 12 weeks post primary repair of median or ulnar or combined nerve injury (single time point). | — |
