Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pain, swelling, morning stiffness, restricted movements and crepitus present in the knee. 2.BMI below 35. 3.Radiographic evidence of Osteoarthritis 4.Who are willing to discontinue all NSAIDS / other Analgesics and agree to follow protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other types of Arthritis and SLE. 2.Any Gross Deformity on Knee Joints. 3.Any Knee Surgery in Previous History. 4.History of Recent Accident, Trauma, HIV, STDs and Tumours. 5.Tidal Leverage / Arthroscopy of either knee within the past 12 months. 6.Intraarticular (IA) Corticosteroid Injection / prolong use of steroids 7.Known cases of Hepatic / Renal / Cardiac / Pulmonary Ailments. 8.Uncontrolled DM, HTN. 9.Using Anticoagulant / known cases of Coagulopathy / past history of Bleeding Disorders. 10.Anaemia – HB below 10 mg/dl. 11.Pregnant and Lactating women. 12.History of Addiction (Alcohol / Drug) and excessive smoking (more than 10 Cigarettes per day) 13.Established / diagnosed neurological / psychological disorders.
