Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients clinically diagnosed/confirmed by inspection as having parikartika(Fissure-in-ano). 2)Patients of either sex,religion,and irrespective of demographic data. 3)Patients of Age between 18-60 years. 4)Controlled cases of hypertension and Diabetes mellitus. 5)Willing and able to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient having Parikartika (Fissure-in-ano) secondary to Crohn’s disease,ulcerative colitis,syphilis, and tuberculosis will be excluded. 2) Patient having anal or rectal cancer. 3) Patients with positive Viral markers. 4)Fissure- in- ano associated with piles, and fistula -in- ano. 5) Uncontrolled cases of Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension or any other condition in which the investigator thinks may jeopardize the study.
