Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients [aged >18years] on hemodialysis for more than three months with well-functioning tunnelled catheter, A-V graft or A-V fistula as access, at the out-patient haemodialysis unit of Nephrology department with an ultrafiltration volume of >12ml/kg/hour during the last one month before enrolment and during the index session

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.Patients with clinical evidence of sepsis. b.Patients with prior structural cardiac valvular disease/ cardio-renal syndrome. c.Hemodynamically unstable patients –The patient showing symptoms of restlessness, loss of consciousness, chest pain, abnormal heart rate/pulse, hypotension or unrecordable blood pressure and patient with systemic sepsis. d.Coronary Intervention procedure in last three months
