Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a)Normal Chest Xray b)No features suggestive of COPD c)Clinical features suggestive of asthma and having spirometry finding FEV1/FVC 12%and >200 ml increase in FEV1 after 2 puffs of short acting ? 2 against according to GINA guideline ) d)Patient can produce sputum and perform PFT properly. e)Sputum eosinophil count >2.5% taken as case and sputum eosinophil count f)Non smoker.
