Intervention1: Myofascial Release: 6 sessions of Myofascial Release alternating in 12 consecutive days along with the routine protocol for the remaining 6 sessions Control Intervention1: Control Group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with Adhesive capsulitis Subjects with restriction in capsular pattern Shoulder stiffness Shoulder pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Skin Conditions - Dermatitis Open wounds around the affected shoulder Recent fracture and surgery around the shoulder Bone pathological conditions of shoulder Patients on anti1coagulant therapy

Visual Analog Scale (VAS) Shoulder Pain and Disability Index Scale(SPADI) Shoulder Range of MotionTimepoint: All the outcome measures will be taken on a baseline before the intervention and after a period of 2 weeks
