Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: TSH Level >4.2 mIU/L to normal T3 level & T4 level Willing to participate voluntarily in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: TSH Level >10 mIU/L Regular yoga practitioner Diagnosed with hypothyroidism and on treatment for the same Diagnosed with and receiving treatment for psychiatric illness and epilepsy Recent major surgeries (less than 3 month)
