Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Resident doctors (both senior residents and junior residents) of various clinical departments- Medicine and allied specialties, Surgery and allied specialties, Obstetrics and Gynecology and Pediatrics at Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, who are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-Academic Junior Residents 2. Resident doctors who have not attended either the pretest or posttest included in the study.
