Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 5-12 years children Frankl behavior rating of 3 or 4 Un-restorable primary mandibular teeth Primary mandibular teeth indicated for serial extraction Retained primary teeth in the mandibular arch with at least 2/3rd or more root length

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Special healthcare needs children Frankl behavior rating 1 or 2 Pre-shedding/pathological mobility of teeth Primary mandibular teeth with less than 2/3rd root length Teeth with large carious lesions with furcation involvement
