Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient complaining of painful menstruation for atleast 2 consecutive cycles 2)Age group 18 to 35 years 3)Patients having regular menstrual cycle
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient having congenital anomalies leading to dysmenorrhea. 2)K/C/O cancer, cirrhosis of liver , kidney failure, Tuberculosis 3)Patient having pelvic pathology. 4)Patient with IUCD ,OC Pills. 5)Disease related to uro-genital system except dysmenorrhea 6)Patient having uterine pathology fibroid, uterine cyst, endometriosis, PID history of any malignancy of pelvic organ 7)Patient taking any hormonal therapy.
