Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient who are reporting with ulcer that appear less than 48 hours duration. patient with a history of recurrent aphthous ulcer with at least 2 previous episodes were included. patients who are willing to take the treatment of aphthous ulcer & for the scheduled follow - ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient suffering from any disease patient allergic to drug material pregnant woman& lactating mothers subjects with alcohol abuse& tobacco habits patient consuming NSAIDS, topical corticsteroids,immunomodulatory agents, systemic antibiotics, patient on any other intraoral topical medication were excluded.
