Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both the genders. 2. Age group from 20-30 years. 3. Able to speak, read and write English. 4. Willing to participate. 5. Non-yoga practitioners.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with any co-morbidity. 2. Standardized Mini-Mental State Examination (SMMSE) score less than 19. 3. Use of alpha or beta-blocking medications because of possible interference with psychophysiological measures.
