Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hypercementosed posterior teeth with symptomatic irreversible Pulpitis and Symptomatic apical periodonditis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with systemic diseases 2. Severly destructed teeth 3.Retreatment 4.Patients with bruxism 5.Absence of opposing teeth 6.Ingestion of Pain killers in the last 24 hours

MeasureTime frame
Pain measurement for 1,3,5 & 7 days will be done with VAS scale to assess the reduction or increase of pain Healing of periapical lesions will be evaluated by clinical symptoms & radiographs.
