Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who are willing to give written informed consent Patient who are fit for Nasya Karma Patient of either gender and age group of 20 to 60 years Patients with controlled DM Type II FBS less than 140 mg per dl PPBS less than 180 mg per dl Patients suffering from Primary frozen shoulder of Inflammatory 1st and Frozen 2nd stage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who are unfit for Agnikarma Patient contraindicated for physiotherapy eg epilepsy pacemaker Patients with trauma or injury eg Dislocation Fracture of Shoulder and clavicle Patient with uncontrolled Hypertension 160 mm of Hg systolic 100 mm of Hg diastolic Patients suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis Spinal canal stenosis malignancy stroke
