Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years, and booked deliveries with first antenatal visit during initial 20 weeks of pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with- 1. Liver disease 2. Malignancy 3. Intake of alcohol 4. Substance abuse 5. Smoking

Development of pre-eclampsiaTimepoint: Antenatal women will be recruited any time prior to 20 weeks,where after patients consent,all known pre-eclampsia risk factors will be noted down at 2 visits. 2 visits include-booking visit before 20 weeks,2nd-at 20 weeks.
